The President of the American Physical Society plans to give a reception and dinner for the prize winners at the March Meeting, on Monday night, 21 March 1977. Before we make the final arrangements for the reception and banquet, we want to make sure that the prize winners will attend. We sincerely hope that your wife will accompany you to the San Diego Meeting to receive the Buckley Prize and to attend the reception and dinner for the prize winners. Please let me know, as soon as possible, whether or not you and your wife will be able to attend so that I can make appropriate arrangements.
